Will the Autistic child be able to speak?

Are Autistic children Deaf?
Most of Autistic children don’t complain any problem with their Auditory mechanism but some of them may have Combined or complicated Disability may cause a problem in their auditory sense. Some of Autistic children having problems in their sensory integration abilities as their brains can’t interpret most of received sensory motives or signals so that we find them aren’t able to response in an natural way to auditory signals even they can hear.
Why Autistic Children having Echolalia?
Normal children pass through Echolalia as a normal stage in their language development stages because they imitate words to learn how to use it then they stop imitating that way by echolalia to start attaching words with its meanings and at that point they differentiate between generalization and specification. In language development for Autistic child it’s difficult to attach an expression with its meaning so that they may repeat words the same way they hear it and that is resulting the difficulty in going forward in language development. Because of all of the above Autistic children will need to have specific and focused therapy to support them developing in language and its skills.
